Our new Venue, The J in Noosa Junction

Friday 28th August to Sunday 6th September 2015.
Tickets available Now! All Tickets Phone 07 5447 2229,

The centre-piece of the Jazz Party is a program comprising six hours per night of entertaining, improvised jazz starting on Thursday 3rd, and closing on Sunday 6th September 2015. It will be held at the new Jazz Club venue, The J Theatre, at Noosa Junction. It is a comfortable, air-conditioned venue with great acoustics in a convenient central location with plenty of well-lit parking and only a hundred or so metres from the regular service bus stop.

Once again we have engaged Australia’s leading jazz musicians to entertain everyone at this event and there will be a number other performances in the week leading up to it stretching the Party to a 10-day event.

Other venues around Noosa include the popular lunch series at the River Deck restaurant and a free Sunday Concert at the Lions Riverstage, Gympie Terrace, Noosaville (near the Yacht Club).

The early bird tickets are already being sold to interstate jazz fans who have taken heed of our ‘Smaller Venue, Book Early’ reminder. The J is little smaller than the Bicentennial Hall but will have ample table seating, a dance floor, scrumptious meals, a fully licenced bar and lounge area and a shuttle bus to get people to and from The J.

Tickets are on sale now for performances at The J on Thursday 3rd, Friday 4th, Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th September’. Music from 5pm till 11pm, $35 per night or a 4 nights Early Bird ticket for $120. Have your Credit Card ready.

Tickets only from:

“Broadway to Jazz” 2015 Noosa Jazz Party we are pleased to announce an extended program of performances starting with two joint “Broadway to Jazz” concerts with Noosa Chorale on 28th & 29th August at The J. The club has organised “The Australian Jazz Ensemble” headed up by Club Patron Bob Barnard with singer Juliarna Clarke, James Clark, Bob Sedergreen from Melbourne and Anthony Howe, Nigel Date and Paul Furniss from Sydnay will perform at these events.

Seventy of Noosa’s finest singers, led by conductor Adrian King, will team up with the Australian Jazz Ensemble to perform two concerts featuring trad jazz greats and all-time glorious Broadway hits from Cole Porter, George Gershwin and Rodgers and Hammerstein. Now for the first time ever we are combining to give a sensational swinging start to this year’s 10-day Noosa Jazz Party.
