Spectacular Noosa in Winter
In a place of natural beauty, the Noosa Heads Jazz Club will once again bring together some of the brightest jazz musicians, food creatives in intimate spaces for the 2024 Noosa Jazz Festival.
The opening night is a joint concert featuring the Australian Jazz Ensemble and the Noosa Chorale on Thursday, 22 August, at The J Theatre, Noosa Junction.
Warm sunny days and jazz
Enjoy an exciting program of events over ten days including Jazz Party concerts at The J, a special afternoon concert at The Majestic Pomona, jazz cruises on the river with lunch and dinner and restaurant events with jazz.
The festival will close with an afternoon concert at The Riverstage along the Noosa River at Noosaville on Father’s Day, 1 September.

A Nostalgic Glimpse

American jazz musicians started visiting Britain in 1919 with the Original Dixieland Jazz Band. Over the next 30 years they included ensembles lead by:
Benny Goodman, Louis Armstrong, Jimmy Dorsey, Duke Ellington, Paul Whiteman & Sidney Bechet.
